The Crown Prosecution Service has issued new rules and guidelines about which types of online behaviour can be prosecuted as a crime.They include publishing someone’s address and/or bank details, joining in or encouraging online bullying, using derogatory hashtags, photoshopping someone to make a sexualised image, non-consensual sexting, or sexting for the purposes of exploitation, grooming, or bullying,
